"I attended Culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. I did a about 2 years in restaurants but eventually my love of alcohol finally became profitable. I became a wine consultant in Washington DC. I got married on August 5th 2006 and went to southern France where I decided I wanted to live a European life style. Soon after getting back to the states I left the restaurant job and just studied wine and started my new job as a wine consultant. Basically my efforts are learning wine, cooking good food, and sharing the two with good friends. I don’t get hung up in the hustle and bustle of big business life. Keep it simple stay happy. "
